Competence of nursing students in Europe
This 5-year post doc study focuses on competence of nursing students at the point of graduation and in early years of practice in Europe.
This study consists of measurement of competence of nursing students and factors (individual, organizational) related to competence at the point of graduation and in early years of practice (1 and 2 years after graduation) in Europe (Czech Republic, Finland, Italy, Portugal, Slovakia and Spain).
