Methods

Participants were 166 final-year nursing students from four Czech universities. Data were collected using the paper and pencil form of The Clinical Learning Environment and Supervision scale from February 2018 to July 2019. Internal consistency and structure validity were tested.

Results

The Czech final-year nursing students assessed clinical learning environment rather positively. The Cronbach alpha of total The Clinical Learning Environment and Supervision scale was 0.968. Exploratory factor analysis supported four factors.

Conclusions

The Czech version of the scale has satisfactory psychometric properties and can be recommended for evaluation the clinical learning environment for Czech nursing students.
