I design and evaluate apps that teach mindfulness and other self-regulation skills. I designed the Tita mindfulness app.
Most of my research has involved digital mindfulness-based interventions and self-compassion. I also study mentalizing and social justice attitudes among other topics.
Currently teaching intervention evaluation for INVEST graduate students, and occasionally psychology of mindfulness for psychology majors. Previously taught statistics for psychology majors.
