Multilingual and immigrant students, culturally and linguistically responsive teaching, teacher education
Johanna Tigert, Ph.D., is University Lecturer of Education whose research focuses on the teaching and learning of multilingual and immigrant background students. Dr. Tigert earned her Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics at the University of Maryland.
