Anni holds a doctoral degree (2004) in Management and Organisation and works as University Lecturer at the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship in the Turku School of Economics, University of Turku. She is currently head of subject Management and Organisation.
Anni's dissertation “Follow the Yellow” (2004) discusses organizational culture and
cultural artifacts and in particular, how artifacts are used as means of
sense-giving in organization. Currently Anni is working on the topic of organizational
identity and its development over time. Her other research interests include
observations as a research method, open-plan work environment, virtuality as
work context and academic work.
