My research focus for the past 25 years has been to investigate cellular metabolism in various pathophysiological states. I have especially contributed to the papers dealing with role of purine-converting enzymes in cancer, inflammation and vascular remodelling. Overall, I have >100 publications including six Invited Review Articles and four Book Chapters.
