I graduated from the University of Turku with my Master's degree in 2023, after which I have worked as a teacher and freelance translator. In the autumn of 2025, I began my doctoral research in the Utuling doctoral programme.

My topic of study is audiovisual translation and more specifically the use of post-editing in interlingual subtitling. In my research, I will be creating a more holistic model for evaluating post-edited audiovisual translations.
