The subject of my research is the urgent need for businesses to pursue an effective regenerative strategy that supports biodiversity conservation and societal wellbeing. My objective is to contribute to theory on regenerative business principles and strategies, biodiversity conservation and societal wellbeing and to provide solutions to businesses that are facing challenges in adopting regenerative business strategies. In order to make green transitions feasible and advantageous, this research eventually seeks to create a framework that may assist organisations in successfully navigating the challenges and tensions to ensure effectiveness of its regenerative strategies.
