Researching GenAI adoption, innovation, and human capital development within socio‑technical systems, with focus on KSAOs enabling competitive advantage.
I am a researcher–practitioner specialising in GenAI adoption, innovation, and human capital development. My work examines how professionals build the knowledge, skills, abilities, and other attributes (KSAOs) needed to integrate GenAI into knowledge‑work and organisational practice. Drawing on experience in development and institutional change, I study how emerging AI capabilities reshape workflows, learning routines, and innovation processes.
My research grows out of lived experience working in development, organisational change, and innovation ecosystems. These practitioner foundations shape how I study generative AI and its impact on human work. I am interested in how people make sense of new technologies, how they adapt their practices, and how their knowledge, skills, abilities, and other attributes evolve in response. Using qualitative and reflexive approaches, I explore how pioneering GenAI users integrate AI into their workflows, reshape routines, and create new forms of value. My work examines these processes as socio‑technical and deeply human, grounded in the everyday realities of professionals navigating rapid technological change.
I have limited formal teaching experience but extensive practice in facilitating learning, coordinating group work, and guiding professionals through innovation and organisational change processes. My teaching‑related work focuses on supporting reflective practice, collaborative problem‑solving, and the development of practical skills in real project settings.
