Bidyut Kumer Balo is a Doctoral Researcher in Marketing at the Turku School of Economics, University of Turku.

My PhD research is centered on service research, with a specific focus on the role of customer experience in sustainability contexts. My broader research interests include customer experience, customer/consumer journeys, and customer engagement.
