 Research
I focus on the mechanism of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase I (Pol1). I study in vitro reconstituted Pol1 system from Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a model and elucidate its function using single molecule biophysical methods capable of real-time monitoring of proteins.
