PhD Johanna Jokioja is working as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the field of Food Chemistry, in the unit of Food Chemistry and Food Development, Department of Biochemistry, University of Turku.
Johanna Jokioja's research is focused on foods, their chemical composition and their effect on human health exploiting clinical trials, metabolomics, nuclear magnetic resonance, chromatography and mass spectrometry.
Johanna Jokioja has supervised several students (MSc (tech), BSc and advanced laboratory work) and research assistants.
