Biography
Research
I am currently benchmarking a novel phage-base method to accelerate sequencing library preparation step, and utilizing the method to study equine gut microbiota. The aim for the application is to study the functional and species composition changes in the microbiota in horses affected by chronic inflammatory disease (IBD).
