The fauna of the subfamily Tersilochinae Schmiedeknecht, 1910, in the Middle East comprises 76 known species across 15 genera. The most species-rich genera are Barycnemis Foerster, 1869, Phradis Foerster, 1869, and Tersilochus Holmgren, 1858, each with 11 recorded species.
