Recent progress made by our group in measurements and interpretation of the lightevoked changes in retinal morphology, so-called optoretinography (ORG), will be presented with a focus on the development and implementation of the Full Field Swept-Source Optical Coherence Tomography for humans and experimental animals (mice). Example results will be presented, including detailed data processing steps resulting in co-registered structural and functional information about retinal tissue across spatiotemporal sampling rates. The limitations of the current technology and the potential future development directions of OCT-based ORG systems will also be discussed.
