Evaluating the impact of digital interventions on organisational and care outcomes helps evidence-informed managerial decisions about the integration of digital technologies into home care. Hence, the aim of this review was to map the evidence of the impact of digital interventions on health service quality in varying home care contexts. Results show limited evidence of the impact of digital interventions on health service quality in home care.
