Abstract
Nurse leaders are crucial in managing daily nursing activities and ensuring the smooth operation of healthcare units. However, integrating the vast amount of information in healthcare into their decision-making processes remains a challenge. This study reports on developing a tool to assess nurse leaders' ability to reflect on their needs, tools and use of information in operations management.
