One of the greatest challenges in high-income countries is the ageing population increase and the associated problem with the lack of caregivers. There is currently no standardized relationship between the elderly and the care providers that can be leveraged to establish a quality health care system A well established and multidisciplinary caregiver to elderly relationship guarantees patients of high-quality access to care supervision. Caregiver selection approaches must identify the elderly demand and factor in an all-inclusive care proposal. The health care system needs to capacitate caregivers and the eldery with the benefits of using technology to positively influence the existing health care system. The rapid advances of technology on the other hand may act as a barrier to seamless adoption by caregivers and the elderly. In this study, we examine the collection of interviews that address the following challenge, “How can we leverage technology to improve the health care system for caregivers and the elderly located in high-income countries’ elderly homes?”. We observe a significant percentage of centers believe that technology offers a tremendous influence on solving the problem of the lack of caregivers. Additionally, more interest is shown by the elderly than the caregivers in the use of technology daily. The data for the study comes from participants’ feedback and is analyzed using majority voting and frequency analysis. The results reveal that the ageing population shows more interest in adopting new technology for the health care system from caregivers and the elderly from eldery care homes located in high-income counties from Europe and America.
