The mygalomorph spiders known from Azerbaijan, belonging to six species in the two families Atypidae and Nemesiidae, are surveyed. Among them, Raveniola azerbajdzhanica sp. n. and Raveniola guseinovi sp. n. are described as new to science, based on male specimens collected in Lankaran. Furthermore, new localities are reported for Atypus muralis Bertkau, 1890, Raveniola hyrcanica Dunin, 1988, and Raveniola zaitzevi (Charitonov, 1948).

The research of Alireza Zamani was supported by a grant from the Turku University Foundation (ID 081820).
