Articles 45 to 52 of the European Insolvency Regulation define the relationship between main and secondary proceedings and the extent of the dominance of main proceedings. Article 47 establishes the power of the insolvency practitioner in the main proceedings to propose a restructuring plan in the secondary proceedings.
