Tiivistelmä

This paper analyzes the regulation of the insolvency of entrepreneurs under Finnish Law. A preliminary panoramic analysis of the structure of the Finnish Insolvency Law is provided, before the critical study of the 2014 amendment of the Finnish Insolvency Law to solve the particular situation of entrepreneurs.
