This is the study on various methods for assruing learner's various growth paths. One main part of the study which the author contributed on this report is in terms of the Finnish education system for student supports: academic achievement, emotional, financial support for the pupil and student. Based on the Finnish student support examples, authors also draw implications for development of student supports in Korean educational context.
