Quality assurance of a training course represents a basic requirement in the field of adult education quality management. This paper analyzes and evaluates the defining elements of a training course quality, course considered by its promoters to have a great impact upon strengthening self-esteem of teachers to whom it is addressed. The results and impact on adult trainees’ personality are analyzed: adult education institution involved, course materials, trainer. All ascertainable actions are carried out in order to confirm or invalidate the working hypothesis: there is a direct connection between the self-esteem level of the educator and their perseverance in the professional development process. The conclusions the study reaches are useful for building relevant recommendations for the design of formative steps within a new continuing development cycle.
