Abstract
Rapid microtiter assays that utilize the time-resolved fluorescence resonance energy transfer or quenching of dye-labeled proteins adsorbed onto the surfaces of polystyrene or maghemite nanoparticles have been developed for the detection and quantification of trace amounts of surfactants at concentrations down to 10 nM. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2010.
