Digitalization and technology in schools continues to be hot topics. In this paper, we share our experiences and findings on how to build and distribute an educational system that can be used as a framework for learning analytics. We discuss the key features and ideology behind the system but also how to train teachers successfully to use the system. For this, we present three different training models and share our experiences and teachers' feedback on them. The number of user has increased rapidly after implementing the different training models and feedback from teachers is very positive.
