Homogeneous variable exponent Besov and Triebel-Lizorkin spaces

We introduce homogeneous Besov and Triebel–Lizorkin spaces with variable indexes.We show that their study reduces to the study of inhomogeneous variable exponentspaces and homogeneous constant exponent spaces. Corollaries include trace spacecharacterizations and Sobolev embeddings.
