Abstract
Virtsan sytologiseen irtosolunäytetutkimukseen on tullut uusi luokitusjärjestelmä TPS eli Pariisin luokitus.Uusi luokitus jakaa solumuutokset pahanlaatuisuudeltaan korkea-asteiseen uroteelikarsinomaan viittaaviin muutoksiin sekä lievempiin, matala-asteisiin muutoksiin.Uuden järjestelmän avulla pyritään parantamaan tiedonkulkua näytteen tutkijan ja kliinikon välillä.
