Clarithromycin, a potent inhibitor of CYP3A, greatly increases exposure to oral S-ketamine

Conclusions: Clarithromycin strongly increases plasma concentrations of oral S-ketamine probably by inhibiting its CYP3A-mediated N-demethylation.
