In this paper we present a multi-stakeholder process conducted as part of a research project on the socio-technical transformation affecting the Finnish industries and society. The aim of the process was to find systemic solutions for the future of Finland, and to engage a heterogenic group of Finnish societal actors to commit to furthering the found solutions. We present the Kondratieff wave theory as it was used in the project, as a method for investigating the on-going changes in the Finnish society, for focusing on the relevant future trends and signals, and for producing a joint collaborative vision for the future of the Finnish economy.
