 The focus of this study is on core dilemmas in the change processes of three case organisations in public health care. A novel contribution to existing research is the combining of internal-branding, dilemma and institutional theory in the data analysis. The results suggest that internal branding may enhance legitimacy, successful organisational change and the wellbeing of the staff in such organisations.
