The article presents a new Express Cross-Impact Technique (EXIT) which is suitable for the use in expert workshops for collecting data input and presenting the results. The new cross-impact method calculates the interactions of variables through multi-nodal impact chains. The method makes it possible to compare the original cross-impact matrix, where the direct impacts are presented, with the modified cross-impact matrix, where the interactions of the variables are taken into account. An example of electricity system with increased amount of intermittent wind and solar power supply is presented.
