Biography

I started my research career by studying the rhetorical justification strategies used by newspapers. I did my lisenciate decree on rhetorical strategies and institutional work done by political actors in relation to health care reforms in the United States. My dissertation dealt with the impact of personality on Bill Clinton's leadership style. In my ThM studies I specialized on the intersection of philosophy, ethics and mission of religious organisations. Recently I have worked on book projects involving intellectual history and history of religious groups & organisations. 



Research

Among other things, I've done researcho n rhetorical justification strategies, institutional work done by organisations and leaders, thought leadership, political leadership, intellectual history, ethics and political philosophy.



Teaching

I teach courses on many subjects related to management, leadership, research methodology & philosophy and organisation. For example I teach courses on organisation and leadership/management theories, research methods and research philosophy, communication, leadership in Knowledge-Intensive organisations, political leadership etc.
