Research

Toimin tällä hetkellä akatemiatutkijana INVEST lippulaiva - ohjelmassa, jossa tutkin geenien ja ympäristön yhteisvaikutuksia sosioekonomisiin tekijöihin  kuten koulutukseen ja tuloihin. Lisäksi tutkin vanhempien vaikutuksia lasten koulutukseen, oppimistuloksiin ja muihin sosioekonomisiin muuttujiin sekä yleisesti sosiaalista kerrostuneisuutta. Aikaisemmin olen työskennellyt projektitutkijana INDIRECT - hankkeessa, jossa väitöskirjani The Role of Kin in Educational and Status Attainment valmistui sekä Life-Course, Disadvantage Experiences and Socioeconomic Inheritance in Finland - hankkeessa ja projektitutkijana koulutussosiologian tutkimuskeskuksessa (RUSE).
