Research
We use enzymes as chiral catalysts to get enantiopure compounds. Enantiopurity is important in drug molecules. Substrates are for example alcohols, amino acid esters or amines. We study chemoselectivity and regioselectivity of enzymes as well. Organic solvents are good media for these reactions.
