Biography
Chair of Spanish at the University of Turku. Born in 1970 in Turku. Lived, studied, and worked in Helsinki (Finland), Göttingen and Bayreuth (Germany), New York, NY (U.S.A.), San Andrés Islas (Colombia).

Contact linguistics including creole languages and other minority minority/minorized languages; language ideologies, vitality, and development; language variation and change;Spanish and Portuguese morphosyntax; Critical Discourse Analysis; Grammar Writing; NSM theory.
Teaching
Over 25 different courses taught on the Linguistics of Spanish, Portuguese, Creoles, Language Policy, etc.
