Topic of doctoral research: Individuality in older people's home care.
I am a doctoral researcher in University of Turku, Department of Nursing science and studying individuality in older people’s home care. From the professional and educational background, I'm a Registered Nurse and Master of Health Sciences (Nursing Science, Nurse Teacher Education) with a special interest and several years of working experience in older people’s home care and services. Currently, I'm working as a lecturer in Bachelor's Degree (Applied Gerontology) and Master's Degree (Active Aging) programs in Karelia University of Applied Sciences.
