I am a Research Council of Finland-fellow and passionate about large bird of prey ecology. In my research, I study how young White-tailed Eagles (Haliaeetus albicilla) learn to navigate the landscape and identify suitable habitats to survive until reproduction. I also work on Human-Wildlife conflicts, especially how the development of renewable energy influences birds of prey. Since 2021, I have worked in Toni Laaksonen’s Animal Ecology Lab.
