Biography
Ebenezer Gabrial Laizer is a researcher of E-Government at Turku School of Economics evaluation the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrated financial management information system (IFMIS) in Lesotho, Malawi, Nambia and Tanzania. He has two master's degrees in Information Technology and in Economics and Business Administration from University of Eastern Finland (Formerly known as University of Joensuu). He has worked as International Consultant in Public Finance Management Reform Programs (PFMRP) in developing countries South of Sahara. Mainly these projects were funded by World Bank, European Union, African Development Bank, GIZ, Governments such as Finland, Sweden, and Belgium. His research area is well aligned to his area of consultancy.
