I am a curious and dedicated person who enjoys learning new things and helping others. I have a background in Physics (Brazil) and Software Development (BYU-I). My research has focused on the use of computational tools for materials simulations. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and living in a way that reflects my values.

My work aims to lower the barriers for experimentalists applying Bayesian optimization to lignin processing, for an efficient use of natural resources, and a green and sustainable economy.
