I am or have been a member of the following projects: Romaanin tieto (The Novel's Knowledge) Project (2022–2024), INTERACT Project (2022–2024), The Changing Environment of the North (CEN) Project (2017–2021). I have also received personal grants from The Finnish Cultural Foundation.





I research veganism in Finnish and International narrative fiction. I have an intersectional approach and I focus on how veganism, non-human-animals, gender, and the environment are intertwined with each other. I have developed a reading method, which I call the vegan readership.
