My doctoral research focuses on language learning, curriculum studies, and education policy in basic education.

I am currently pursuing doctoral studies at the University of Turku. I completed my Master of Arts in French at the University of Turku in 2011. After graduating, I worked in bilingual education as a teacher, and from 2018 to 2025 as a pedagogical specialist in the Education Division of the City of Helsinki.
