Biography

I have completed my B.Tech in Biotechnology from Delhi Technological University (DTU) in India. Thereafter, I pursued Double Degree Masters in Biological Engineering and Materials Science from the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IIT-GN) and Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST) respectievly. Curently, I am a CIMANET doctoral researcher in the Solar Energy and Materials (SEMS) group led by Prof. Kati Miettunen within the Materials Engineering unit at UTU.

Research

My research is focused on advancing bio-based materials for applications in perovskite solar cells, combining innovation with sustainability. We aim to integrate reusable and biodegradable materials such as cellulose to form the next generation of sustainable solar energy devices. An effort towards making sunlight work smarter, not harder. Additionally, my research interests lie at the intersection of experimental and computational techniques for studying (bio)molecules.
