Biography
Dsc. (Tech.) Lauri Vuorinen works as a University Lecturer at the Unit of Industrial Engineering. Vuorinen has worked earlier as a Doctoral Researcher and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Tampere University.
Dr. Vuorinen is the responsible teacher for the following courses in the academic year 2024-2025:
- Operations Management II
- Management of Sustainable Business
- Research Methods in Industrial Engineering
All three courses will be taught in Finnish.
Dr. Vuorinen's main area of research is project business. Within the research field of project business, Vuorinen's research interests include complex infrastructure projects, multiproject management, stakeholder relationships and value creation.
