Biography
Timo Laukkanen is currently a Master's student and a research assistant in the Materials for Flexible Devices research group at the University of Turku. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and began his Master's degree in Materials Engineering in 2024.
Research
The primary focus of my research is the manufacture of sustainable polymer materials for flexible electronics. The objective of this research is to create transparent, stretchable, flexible, durable, and biodegradable polymer substrates. It is vital to note that all of these properties are indispensable in the process of manufacturing flexible electronics.
