Biography

I work as Post-Doctoral
Researcher in Marketing at Turku School of Economics, University of
Turku, Finland and IÉSEG School of Management, France. Previously, I
have completed PhD from Turku School of Economics. Before joining academia, I
worked as Senior Executive in A. P. Moller Maersk Group, where managed international
supply chain operations of multiple clients, including Nike, Puma and J.C.
Penny. I am also a mountaineer. 



Research

I have diverse research interests. Among them, the central
ones are pricing of services in B2B settings, customer participation and value
creation in knowledge intensive business services, and service innovation.



Teaching

I teach subjects that are related to my area of expertise. Courses
that I taught include Service Marketing and Management (Turku School of
Economics), Customer Relationship Management (IÉSEG School of Management) and
Strategic Marketing (Helsinki Business School). I have also supervised more
than 40 master’s theses.
