To meet the requirement of crystal detectors of different specifications for segmenting and calibrating crystal strip response event position data, a position information segmentation calibration method combined with UDP data frame, two-dimensional Gaussian model and light guide refractive index was developed with tabu search algorithm as the core. When the overflow ratio is 5%, the peak-to-valley ratio of this method can reach 12.18, the spatial resolution is 1.7 mm, and the response position recognition rate of the crystal bar is as high as 99%. Therefore, the noise that causes false peaks is filtered out, and the problem of over-segmentation is avoided. With facing the position spectrum of crystal array of various specifications, the method can automatically calibrate the response number of the crystal strip area according to the array specification and output the crystal position look-up table, so as to realize the accurate calibration of the response event.
