Routes of movement along the western frontline near Azici and Otes during the siege of Sarajevo were recorded by using satelite images. By reinterpreting witness reports, the journey from home to what was a battlefield was reconstructed and stitched onto a transluscent vellum and a city map. The layered maps mirror the shifting siege conditions and are held together by threads as voices of memory from the past.
