Previous studies have indicated that the experience gained from the entrepreneurial process is related to effectual behaviours. However, knowledge of how learning from experiences in a new venture-creation process contributes to changes in entrepreneurs’ logic and behaviours remains limited. This study addresses this research gap by analysing how entrepreneurial learning facilitates changes in entrepreneurial behaviour. Based on longitudinal case studies of five start-ups within Norway's tourism sector, this chapter explores the relationship between new venture-creation process experiences, entrepreneurs’ learning and the resulting change from causal to effectual behaviours, or vice versa. The findings suggest that three major triggers drive behavioural changes: (1) learning from daily market interactions and (2) learning when encountering institutional norms. Furthermore, when entrepreneurs experience uncertainty, they can explore the situation by (3) learning through intentional experimentation or trying to avoid those situations, leading to an important change in learning trajectories.
