Abstract
The present paper makes a holistic overview on project mangers' personal and social competences using the EVOLUTE methodology. The empirical evidences account for more than 2000 entries from five countries -Finland, Spain, Poland, United Kingdom and South Korea- among two clearly differentiated collectives: academic respondents and professional respondents. The results are presented accordingly to these main categories and a series of implications are discussed.
