Muslims in the Enlarged Europe: Religion and Society is the second volume of the newly established Muslim Minorities series by Brill. Altogether six authors have contributed to the volume, but most of the text is written by two of them: Brigitte Maréchal and Stefano Allievi. The other authors are Felice Dassetto, Silvio Ferrari, Jørgen Nielsen and Marie-Claire Foblets. The text consists of thirteen main chapters that cover a wide range of topics. Principal sources include previous studies, field studies, interviews and a country database to which several scholars from different countries have contributed. Data from altogether 19 countries was collected, which include most of the EU 15 countries, some new EU member states and a few others.
